A former merchant, Duanmu Ci, with the courtesy name Zigong, is considered one of Confucius’ most important and loyal disciples, possessing great intellectual acuity and eloquence. He is third amongst the Twelve Philosophers of Confucian tradition.

A faithful replica of the bronze original, this pewter edition comes with a wood stand in a dark walnut stain, inset with a handwoven bamboo mat.
