Comprising a flask and its companion hot water bath, a tray and four wine cups, the Koi wine set makes an occasion of enjoying Chinese liquors in the traditional manner; served warm to heighten their unique aromas. The bath’s six koi and the flask’s trio make nine fish, a favourite rebus meaning ‘everlasting abundance’. In pewter with selected gilding, walnut-stained nyatoh and porcelain cups.
To avoid mishaps from overflow when inserting the flask, we recommend filling the bath just halfway, and only with hot water, never boiling.
