Online purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, the items must be unused and packed in their original packaging.

If there is damage on your products, other than damages likely caused while on transit, you are required to get in touch as soon as possible via email and subsequently return the item to us. Once we have received the damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement and if the item is not available, we shall refund the full price.

If you wish to cancel your order, you have to get in touch with us as soon as possible and state the order number in the email. We will provide you with a full refund if the order hasn't been processed or delivered. However, if the ordered items have been cleared/dispatched from the warehouse, customer is responsible for all the freight charges involved. We will refund the total amount after we have deducted all the charges involved.
